Booking & Reservations
- A non-refundable deposit equal to 30% of the total service cost is required to secure your event date. The remaining balance must be paid in full 3 days prior to the event.
- Dates are not held without a deposit.
- Last-minute bookings may require full payment upfront.
Payments
- We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Cash, Cash App and Venmo.
- All payments made are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
- Late payments may result in cancellation of your booking.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Deposits are non-refundable.
- If you need to reschedule, we will do our best to accommodate one date change with sufficient notice (based on availability).
- Cancellations made within 3 days of the event may result in forfeiture of all payments.
Delivery, Setup & Pickup
- Delivery and setup are included within 30 miles of our service area. Additional travel fees may apply beyond this range.
- Please ensure the setup area is clean, accessible, and ready at the agreed time.
- A responsible adult (18+) must be present at delivery and pickup.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by inaccessible locations, stairs, pets, or incorrect address details.
Rental Period
- Standard rental time is 4 hours / same-day event.
- Extended rental time may be available for an additional fee.
- Late pickups caused by client delays may incur extra charges.
Damage, Loss & Cleaning
- Clients are responsible for all rented items from the time of delivery until pickup.
- Items must be returned in the condition they were received.
- Damage, excessive cleaning, or missing items will result in additional charges.
- Do not use sharp objects, markers, paint, or anything that could stain or damage rental items.
Use of Equipment
- All rentals must be used as intended and handled with care.
- Adult supervision is required at all times, especially for children’s setups.
- Standing, jumping, or climbing on props, tables, or décor is not permitted.
- Indoor items must not be used outdoors unless approved.
Weather Policy
- For outdoor events, clients are responsible for providing a safe, weather-appropriate environment.
- In cases of severe weather (rain, high winds, extreme heat), we may recommend rescheduling for safety reasons.
- Weather-related damages to rental items will be the client’s responsibility.
Liability
- By booking with us, you agree to assume responsibility for all guests using the rental equipment.
- We are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages resulting from misuse of our equipment.
Photo Release
- We may take photos of setups for marketing and social media purposes.
- No personal identifying information will be shared without consent.
Changes to Orders
- Changes must be requested at least 7 days prior to your event.
- Additional items or upgrades are subject to availability.
Right to Refuse Service
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel service if the environment is unsafe, inappropriate, or if policies are not followed.
